Luxurious clean property, it has lovely friendly staff with a more friendly receptionist. The casual restaurant is nice, serves awesome dishes. Would go back in flash, the property met expectations.

The location was stunning and incredible - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was impressive with amazing oceanview and couch, as example, and all other comforts. The terrace facing the ocean was a real treat.

Loved the location and beach access, great family vibe, large rooms with cute finishings; there were even baby bunnies hopping around the patches of grass!

Extremely large 2-room suite with 2 queen size beds in each room and (most importantly) 2 full bathrooms. That's pretty much the only positive -- and even then -- they could have put a kitchenette in.
The 2nd bedroom faces the 101 Freeway which has heavy trucks traveling down it after midnight -- so if you're a sound sleeper -- that's a no-no. The place is definitely NOT a high-end accommodation either, it caters to families with (small) kids who want to spend a weekend on the beach. Breakfast is ridiculous and super crowded at all times. Their WiFi is completely unusable, because they only have one router for an entire (huge) hotel. All in all, it's cheap and the room is large, but not worth the trouble.

The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. We loved having two bathrooms and a cozy living area, feel like home. Plus, the balcony had amazing ocean views that were perfect for sunsets. The kids enjoyed the pool and the play area.
Limited breakfast options.

Everything!! This hotel was perfect! I took my boyfriend to Pismo Beach for his birthday for a wine tasting/golf weekend and I couldn't have made for a better choice! Close to the cute beach town; Blacklake Golf Course a short and scenic drive away and the food....my God, the food! Don't miss Giuseppe's!!!! And order the Orrechiette Braciole!!
We loved it all!

great suites which comfortably accommodated our family of 6, and the kids couldn't wait to get ready in the morning so they could play on the game deck while we took our time getting ready and having b'fast.

Heard steps in room above us.

awesome location, great suite, great selection and well maintained continental breakfast, FANTASTIC employees. Close walk to town on the beach or using the streets (easier if you have a stroller). Would definitely stay here again!
There was some occasional noise from the hallway outside when people walked by and were talking (at night) and some from people walking around in the room above us (again, at night). I wear earplugs so I didn't hear it. Not a huge deal and I wouldn't have complained about it.

I enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom suite, perfect for my family. The easy beach access and lovely outdoor seating areas made it a relaxing getaway, especially with the gentle ocean breeze.
More soundproofing between floors would be appreciated.
